HeongWee Chong

Executive director, global client service and consultants, MSCI

Chong is executive director and head of the analytics consulting team for MSCI in the Asia-Pacific region. He actively engages regulators and industry participants to develop and share best practices and has worked with a diverse range of clients during his tenure with the company, including banks, asset managers, hedge funds, and pension funds. This is in addition to ongoing engagements with several government-linked organisations across the region, including central banks and sovereign wealth funds. Chong holds a bachelor’s degree from Georgia Tech and a master’s in engineering from Stanford University. He is also a CFA Charterholder.
